Made global hiring so easy!

I can't believe how easy Multiplier made setting up our international team! We used their PEO Services and also Health Insurance for Remote Teams. The support team was so helpful, answering all our questions about global tax compliance. It took a lot of stress off our plate, honestly. We thought it would be a nightmare trying to hire in another country, but they handled everything. Definitely using them again for our next hire, and I've already told a few other startup founders about them!

Always reliable service

This isn't my first time using Multiplier. I've used them before for Global Payroll and Contractor Management. This time, I needed help with Visa Sponsorship Services for a new hire. Just like my previous experiences, things went smoothly. They are consistent with their service quality. That's why I keep coming back. It's comforting to know what to expect.

Good EOR service

Used Multiplier for Employer of Record services. Onboarding a contractor was straightforward. Took about 5 days to get everything set up. Interface was pretty easy to navigate too. No major issues.

Okay for expense management

I tried out Multiplier for Expense Management. It was fine, nothing super fancy but it got the job done. The HRIS Integration was pretty smooth, which was a plus. I guess I was expecting a bit more from the reporting features, but it wasn't bad. Overall, it was a decent experience. It felt pretty standard for what I needed.

Hey, thinking about using Multiplier for hiring someone in Spain. How long does it usually take to get a contractor set up and ready to go through them?

L Laura Ito 2 months ago
I used them for a contractor in Germany a few months back. From when we signed up to when the contractor was officially onboarded and ready for their first payout, it was about a week and a half, maybe two. Pretty quick.

Yeah, it's usually pretty fast for contractors. I think they say it can be as quick as a few days if everything's in order, but definitely under two weeks in my experience.

Anyone know how Multiplier stacks up against Deel? I'm trying to decide between the two for a small remote team and looking for real-world comparisons.

I switched from Deel to Multiplier last year. Multiplier felt a bit more hands-on with support and their platform was a bit cleaner for benefits administration, in my opinion. Deel was fine, but Multiplier just clicked better for us.

It really depends on your needs. Both are good, but I found Multiplier a bit more transparent with pricing and their tax compliance seemed more robust for the specific countries I was hiring in. Deel has a huge network though.

Is Multiplier legit or is it one of those sketchy platforms? I've heard some EOR companies can be a bit dodgy with compliance, just want to make sure.

C Carly Brooks 2 months ago
They're totally legit. Been using them for a couple of years now for employees in multiple countries and haven't had any compliance issues. They seem to really know their stuff with local laws.

Yeah, I'd say they're solid. They're often compared to the big players like Deel and Remote, so they're definitely not some fly-by-night operation.

Has anyone gotten a good deal or discount for using Multiplier? I'm a startup and every dollar counts, wondering if they do anything special for new businesses.

C Cody Z. 2 months ago
Yeah, they definitely do startup discounts. I got a few months free when I signed up with them last year. You usually have to talk to their sales team though, it's not like a public coupon code you just enter.

They offer discounts for annual billing too, I think it's like 10-20% off the platform fees if you commit for the year. Worth asking about both when you chat with them.
